AL!VE ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AL!VE mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
We collect information you provide directly including your name, email, phone number, date of birth, username, and profile photo. For host accounts, we also collect event details, flyers, videos, and social media handles. We collect payment information processed securely through Stripe.
We automatically collect device information, log data, location data (when you grant permission), usage data, and push notification tokens.
We share information with trusted service providers including Firebase (Google), Stripe, Apple, Google Maps, and Expo. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Active account data is retained while your account is active. Saved events are automatically removed after 30 days of the event ending. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@joinalive.app.
AL!VE requests location access to show nearby events. You can disable this at any time through your device settings.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Certain events are restricted to users 18 and older based on date of birth provided at registration.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted data transmission and Firebase security rules. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
You may update your account information at any time. California residents have rights under CCPA. European users have rights under GDPR. To exercise any rights, contact support@joinalive.app.
