By downloading, accessing, or using the AL!VE mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Certain features including 18+ events are restricted to users 18 and older. By using the App you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@joinalive.app of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant AL!VE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating the App. All content is subject to review and we may remove any content at any time.
AL!VE is strictly an event discovery and marketing platform. AL!VE does not organize, host, sponsor, promote, manage, or operate any events listed on the platform. The presence of an event on AL!VE does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any kind.
AL!VE expressly disclaims all liability for the accuracy of event listings, the quality or safety of any event, any injury, death, property damage, or financial loss arising from attendance at any event, any cancellation or change to any event, the conduct of hosts or attendees, or any ticket sales or payment disputes.
As a host, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AL!VE from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your events, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Hosts are solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, and insurance required for their events, complying with all applicable laws, ensuring venue safety and capacity compliance, and managing ticket sales and attendee disputes.
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm other users, post false or misleading content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. Upload pack purchases are non-refundable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AL!VE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY EVENT LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AL!VE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH ARISING FROM ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT. AL!VE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
